Converter Generating Warnings

Hey guys, we are converting from Exchange to ZCS v7.1.2. I am scripting the conversion with the Exchange migration tool v7.1.2.96. I've got a user failing with excessive warnings. There seems to be nothing documented.

Ever seen these ??
