Exchange 2007 to ZCS 7.1

Hello,

Please any one can help us as we are getting error in migrating from exchange 2007 to zimbra 7.1

Below is the information

Zimbra Version :Release 7.1.2_GA_3268.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition.
Operating System : UBUNTU 10.04 x64
