Pst Import Ldap request

Hi,

i'm importing some pst files on my zimbra OSS installation, but i got this request from the wizard, it asked to insert ldap directory, user and password, cause it seems that there are some different email account in the same pst file.
i've insert the user and psw for ldap, but it doesn't work, the gave error is SASL (-1) generic faiulure GSSAPI Error : miscellaneous failure (unable to find realm of host mail)

Any idea about how to solve it?!
