Default Migrating from IceWarp
How many accounts can the Zimbra free edition have as a maximum?


Is there a conversion tool to convert the email from an existing IceWarp server to the Zimbra?


Any help/assistance would be great.

Free edition has no account maximum; you can have as many accounts/domains as you would like.

There are no conversion tools for IceWarp. The easiest would probably be to use imapsync.
