Upgrade???

How can i upgrate form 4.0.1 to 4.0.3 version.

Download the correct OS 4.0.3 version (OSS or NE, depending on your current version), untar it, launch install.sh, enjoy.

Obviously, you did a backup before (just in case).

Oh ya....and choose "Upgrade"...
