Default User migration

Hello,

First, i'm sorry for my english...

I've more problems for migrate user with the migration tools.

I tried with "Import Accounts" but i met this error :

importaccounts - HostingPics.net - Hbergement d'images gratuit

Then i used ZCS Migration Wizard for Exchange but i've an error too. This is my m2l.log
