backup and restore mailbox

hi everyone,

im using zcs 7.0 FOSS edition.is there a way that i can backup the users mailbox and address book only instead of full backup of /opt/zimbra folder?
Also from this backup can i migrate the users mailbox and address book to the new zimbra server ,

another thing, if i restore the backup /opt/zimbra on different server with different hardware , will this work?

any help/suggestions is much appreciated
