inbox migration help

hi all,

good day to all zimbra users.
i'd like to ask for some assistance/help/suggestions if theres a way to migrate the squirrelmail inbox including sub folders underneath and the sent items to zimbra open source edition.also if the address book created from squirrelmail can be transfer to zimbra open source edition.
any help and suggestions is much appreciated.
