Zimbra is missing a CAPITAL tool for Exchange to zimbra migration

Hi folks,

I'm planning the migration of 500 mailboxes from Exchange to Zimbra v7.

We naturely chose the "split" scenario but in the transition time, we will be faced to public folder synchronisation problem.

As far as I searched, there is no tool/workaround to have a two way sync of a shared calendar (zimbra) with a public caldendar (public folder)

As my client has an extensive use of shared calendars and also shared address book, i'm stuck in migration until I can provide a reliable way to maintain shared data in sync beetween people on Zimbra and Exchange.

Any start of idea, thoughts, solution is welcome.
