Failed to Open Directory Searcher

I cannot get the User Map feature to work. I need to migrate accounts from Exchange 2003 to Zimbra, and change the account names in the process. Each time I try, when I get to the part to select the XML file, I get "Failed to Open Directory Searcher."

I've tried both on Zimbra 6.0.8 with the Migration Wizard version 6.0.8_GA_2661, AND on Zimbra 7.0.0.70 with Migration Wizard version 7.0.0.70.

My Exchange server is Windows 2003, 32 Bit. Exchange 2003. All patches are current. I'm running the wizard from an Windows XP Pro machine with Outlook 2007 installed. Again, all patches are current.

A copy of my XML file is below:

Any ideas?
