Dear all,

I want to setup either Zimbra, qmail or sendmail. i have no idea of these three mtas (i am new to these mail servers AND trying to learn)but give me the suggestion that which one is better in case of security, fast routing the messages, scalibility and portability and cost. Please share me your experience...

Your question is too vague to give you any sensible answer, you haven't given any information about why you're install a mail server, how many users you have, what the mail load is likely to be etc., etc.

Zimbra isn't just an MTA, it's a complete Collaboration Suite and the answer would depend on what your requirements are. I'd suggest you first course of action would be to try the Demo of Zimbra on he home page then read the Product Documentation, the blog and and when you've doine that you should have an idea of what Zimbra can do for you and what questions you might like to ask.

In our organization the total no of employees will be not more than 100. My question is which email server i select which is the best one compare with cost, easy to troubleshoot and support on internet.

Did you make any effort to read the Product Documentation (or search the forums for some further information)? As I mentioned earlier, Zimbra is a complete collaboration server it's not just a mail server - it's almost impossible to answer your question without details of what you're trying to achieve.
