Default [SOLVED] import email addresses in to blacklist

Is it possible to import an existing blacklist (e.g. your outlook list) to zimbra? And if so how can this be done?

If you have it in a text file you could do it from the command line with zmprov.

We do have a commandline, could you point me in the right direction as to which command of zmprov i need to perform it? I can only find a maximum number of blacklist items.
