qmail to zimbra

Hello,

I am planning to migrate my qmail box to zimbra. I am using maildir format for mails in qmail. Shall i use the zimbra mail format or is it possible to continue in maildir format.
I took a look in /opt/zimbra/store directory and saw that each mail was splited into two files. Is it possible to find link between that two files?
