Default Change of OS?

We are currently running Zimbra OSE on CentOS. We would like to move to Ubuntu LTS. Is it possible to setup Ubuntu then use our backups from CentOS and build a working server from this?

My understanding is Zimbra is pretty self contained under /opt/zimbra. So if I just dump those backups into /opt/zimbra after a install on ubuntu, it should work right?

never mind. This post answered my Q.

step by step tutorial for migration to new server?

However, will architecture play a roll? Can I move from CentOS 32bit to Ubuntu 64?
