Replicating User MBS..

Hi! I was able to do a replication between two servers with Zimbra using LDAP.
Now I need to replicate the content of each Mailbox for each user to the backup server.
How can I accomplish that?
I tried looking at imapsync but I don't have the user and password list so I can create a script for it.
What would be the easiest way to replicate from the master server to the backup server all the user mailboxes? I have the users already replicating over LDAP.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
