GroupWise to Zimbra

We are in the beginning stages of our GroupWise to Zimbra migration. We have about 1800 mailboxes that we will be moving to Zimbra. Our ZCS server is up and running and we are ready to setup our Split Domain and start migrating accounts, which is where we are stuck.

Can anyone tell us what we need to do to setup a Split Domain in GroupWise? We would like to leave GW as the primary for now. Has anyone done a GW to Zimbra migration that would be willing to tell me how they setup their split domain?

I put a relay and have been gradually migrating to Zimbra with impasync and google contacts to migrate contacts.
