Default Errors with imapsync Script

Trying to migrate from cyrus to ZCS on a clean install of 8.04LTS.

Using imapsync, it throws some errors:

Use of uninitialized value in quotemeta at /usr/bin/imapsync line 1113.
...
...
...
(repeated)

Followed By:

From Folder [user.user1] does not exist yet
From Folder [user.user1.Reported_Spam] does not exist yet
From Folder [user.user2.Trash] does not exist yet

This repeats for all users in the cyrus store.

I instantiated imapsync with the following call:

imapsync --nosyncacls --syncinternaldates --host1 mailhost.domain.edu --ssl1 --port1 993 --authmech1 PLAIN --user1 cyrus --password1 xxxxxxxx --prefix1 INBOX. --host2 zimbra.domain.edu --prefix2 INBOX/ --ssl2 --port2 993 --authmech2 PLAIN --user2 admin --password2 xxxxxxxx

What am I missing?

Could those be shared folders in cyrus? We had a few of those and we blocked them off from the migration by adding --exclude '^Shared Folders/'

Our command looked like:

imapsync --buffersize 8192000 --nosyncacls --subscribe --syncinternaldates --host1 source_server --user1 user --passfile1 /tmp/user --ssl1 --port1 993 --host2 zimbra.domain.edu --user2 user --passfile2 /tmp/user --ssl2 --port2 993 --regextrans2 's/\:/__/g' --exclude '^Shared Folders/' --noauthmd5 > /migration_logs/user

I had the same issues. I went out and grabbed the newest version, but didn't really do any good.

I've got a few hunder folders that have several levels. I eventually got mail moved (took days) but I had to use the --folderrec and manually do each folder. And, on top of that, if it errored out, I re-ran it. It continued on, but depending on how many levels the folder had, I may had to keep re-running until it completed.

I'm currently using version:

imapsync -v
1.315

No luck at all...same errors.

Any cyrus-imapsync experts out there?

Maybe it's my folder setup?

Our current cyrus imap folders are configured as such:

/home/imap/a/user/axxb123
/home/imap/a/user/axxb123.Trash
/home/imap/b/user/bxxb123
/home/imap/b/user/bxxb123.Trash
...etc etc

Is there a specific flag I need on the Zimbra side to migrate?
