 Importing contacts: Prefix not included?
I am trying to import existing contacts into ZCS using CSV format. Quite a large number of these contacts have a prefix. Even though prefix is supported in Zimbra I cannot find what name should be used as the column header in the CSV file. Is it possible at all. I've tried "Prefix", but that doesn't work.
When exporting contacts using any of the CSV formats from Zimbra, the "Prefix" field does not show up either. Am I missing something? |
