I have the same situation here. I installed version 6 on another computer and tried to move the messages from old to new server with imapsync. Didn't work. Any help?

From mmorse's post on recent release announcements:
Quote:
Paths to getting on latest ZCS version:
6.0.x > 6.0.5
5.0.2 - 5.0.22 > 6.0.5
4.5.7 - 5.0.1 > 5.0.22 > 6.0.5
4.5.0 - 4.5.6 > 4.5.11 > (LDAP replicas additional step) > 5.0.22 > 6.0.5
For your Zimbra to Zimbra migration, have you looked at Zimbra to Zimbra Server Migration - Zimbra :: Wiki?

Thanks, ArcaneMagus. It seems to be a long path. I understand it's necessary when doing a version migration on the same server. Isn't there a way to easily move from an old to a new installation, on different computers? imapsync seems to be a shortcut, but it doesn't seem to work.

Like I said, take a look at the Zimbra to Zimbra migration wiki, it lists a few different things you can use, with the method outlined here ZCS-to-ZCS Migrations » Zimbra :: Blog being the perferred way for moving accounts between servers. The issue with that is it only works on 5.0.9+ servers.
