Default Domino migration to Zimbra

I've been using the Domino Migration Wizard and having varying results. I'm using Domino 8.5 server/client and Zimbra 6 server. I can migrate, maybe, 2 users at a time but even those at times bomb and just stop - no errors,no timeouts - only option is to cancel and start over. Today we notice while attempting to migrate 10 users - 3 at a time the the server load was around 4-5 and then , abruptly it fell to about 1.5 and the tool stopped showing progress and I'm assuming is frozen. I've added the registry edits about number or errors and such but need to know how to tune this even better.........I have a dedicated desktop for this purpose with windows 7 64 with 2 gig

@psheehan: Could you please provide the logs to verify what is really going on?
@bartounet16 & @undertoe: Please refer to my reply posted at ZCS Migration Wizard for Domino problem.
