Calendar migration

In Domino I can output to an .ics file the recent entries for a Room. When I try to import it into the Resource in Zimbra I get a Parse Error. Anyone have any ideas as to what to change for this? Can it actually be done?

Actually the Error was simply that "There was a Parsing Error" but I resolved that - the email address of the new room was different. Now I can get a notice that the Import has Started but after an hour - nothing seems to have been imported and the SAVE button is still unavailable. I can't close the browser window either...........
