I get new zimbra serwer to users who changed company. They worked for company, domain -> xyz.com (exchange 2003), now they have accounts on the zimbra server, domain sss.com.
Haw can I import only Global Address List from Exchange?
I try tu use csvde but i don't now how zimbra mapping conntacts fields.
I don't want import any passwords, mails, ....

i have a question regarding this process. When i reach the end of the setup wizard and click on 'test' i get the message: GAL search test failed. below are my settings

Server type: Active directory
ldap url: ldap://192.168.50.92:3268
ldap search base: DC=exch,DC=it-mgt,DC=net
use DN/password: yes
bind dn: sanga.c

please provide a search term: Im not sure what this is supposed to be. i used an account that already in exchange.

What logs can i look a to see if sync is taking place as well?

thanks

You should change your settings:

Server type: Active directory
ldap url: ldap://YourLdapServer.com
ldap search base: ou=(where is your users container?),DC=it-mgt,DC=net
use DN/password: yes
search term * (for example)
