Migration to Zimbra Server, Hardware specs reqd. for >13000 user accounts

We would like to migrate to zimbra server setup to host > 13000 user accounts.
Would you be able to recommend hardware specs and the installation requirements for such a setup?

I was checking the foll:

But SAN seems a bit expensive for our requirement. Can we have multiple hard disks and somehow distribute the user mailboxes across them?

Also this article looks promising ie. Scalability via Partitioning and
Distribution" section. But I am not sure how to implement it practically.

If you don't want to buy SAN. So you can create multiple MDA server.
My zimbra have two mda server so.
