Exchange Migration Wizard failing

I'm attempting test migrations of a couple Exchange accounts, and some aren't working as expected. The wizard creates the user's folder hierarchy but fails to migrate any messages.

The failure messages are all the same:

There is a bug out there, 29711, that addresses this issue. We had fixed it, but I have seen periodic complaints that people still run into this issue. The issue is that either there are too many folders, or a given folder has too many subfolders. I think there may be too many folders here. How many folders are in this account? Perhaps you can consolidate or regconfigure this mailbox a bit, so you will go under the Microsoft default limits.

You're correct that there are a lot of folders in this mailbox. Is the default limit a known quantity, so we can know if an account will fail?
