Multi-server setup: migrate account between servers

Hello all,

I currently have 4 zimbra 6..0.4 OSE servers:
* 1 master LDAP
* 2 mailbox servers
* 1 Zimbra MTA

Accounts are created over the 2 mailbox server.
Now I need to move one/many account(s) from one mailbox server to another.

I tried to use zmztozmig tool and then modified zimbraMailHost in account properties (on LDAP).
Now when I try to connect to the account (using AJAX interface), I am correctly redirected to new server but the account is empty: no mails, no calendar...

There was no error running zmztozmig tool.

Am I doing the right way ?
Did I miss something ?

Try this: Zmmailboxmove - Zimbra :: Wiki - don't forget to take a backup first.

Thanks but as I said, I'm on Open Source Edition.
I don't have zmmailboxmove tool....

So you did. Then how about just exporting the mailbox, create the account on the new server then import the data or there's this: 2008 September » Zimbra :: Blog

I tried this but it does the same thing as zmztozmig --> No data on new server when connect.

How can I create new account on the sercond server ? As the second server is connected to an ldap master (the same as the first server), account is not considered as already created on both servers ?

See zimbra release notes. zmztozmig is designed for moving accounts between two separate ZCS installs.

You may try the steps I figured out but it's not completed and fully tested yet:
