Default Building index manually

Hi,

I've just begun migration from a standard IMAP service to Zimbra. Downloading the IMAP mail works fine, but then when you browse through the folders, the index is updated on the fly.

Is there a way to manually instruct Zimbra to build the indices? I'd hate to go through hundreds of folders to do that, and I also prefer the users don't have this hassle.

The mailboxes get indexed automatically.

I found out the issue is different.

When you login to Zimra, you only get the 50 first conversations, until you scroll down. Can I configure it so that it shows them all? I can't seem to find such an option.

Not only do I know that the users want this, but I also need this to be able to move all the mails from one folder to another. Moving the scrollbar until it has a complete list I can select, is kind if cumbersome

No, yuo scroll down the page or hit the 'end' button to page down one page at a time (go to user Preferences/Shortcuts to see the available shortcuts).

Then use the filters and apply them to the current mail

Then you should show your users how powerful the search function is.

That's a good idea. I'll do that.

I was planning to . I made one folder called "archive" and working with a whole bunch of folders to store mail in will be outlawed
