mail transfer from ZCS 5.0 to ZCS 6.0

We have been using ZCS 5.0 until it crashed and we decided to install 6.0. Can someone help me (step by step approach) on how i can transfer the mailboxes?

What do you mean by crashed ? Can you not transfer ZCS V5 to another server and then upgrade it ?

Thanks for your reply. Sorry, i meant the OS crashed compelling us to move on. However, once we have installed 6.0, is there a way out to transfer the mailboxes. Are there tools for this?

What version of ZCS were you running ? FOSS or NE ?
