[SOLVED] Very few items imported

My user has nearly 4,000 messages stored only in his inbox and sent items folder. Running the PST importer picked up only 23 items. Subsequent imports just skipped importing anything.

The log file is attached. Any ideas on why this import failed to import?

Here are some whacky things I had to do to eventually make this work. Pick and choose if you're having the same problem.

1) Run it on a 32-bit machine

2) Run the machine in safe mode with networking

3) Check the box to import messages after a certain date and then specify a long ago year like 1979.

4) Uncheck everything but the messages (i.e. don't import contacts or calendar items).
