Doesn't look good for prospective users who have the same issue.
Just signed up for 30 day trial and can't get any info on best way to import bcm files from outlook 2003 either. All I found so far are old 2007 entries that don't resolve the issue.
Can BCM be used or adapted for Zimbra? Even imported in and then go back to using them as regular outlook contacts?
