By that statement do you mean the Domain Controller or the Exchange server or a client computer?

I am gettting the same error "This tool requires Outlook 2003/2007 or MS Exchange 2000/2003". I am running the tool on a Windows XP Professional/Version 2002/SP3 workstation that has Outlook 2003 installed.

I setup a MAPI profile and can connect to MS Exchange 2000 using Outlook 2007.

Just curious, what are the registry permissions on:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application or
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application\CurVer ?

If they're not Full Control, try that.

This is the registry key we check for
