[SOLVED] Incomplete migration

I have two machines with Vista and Outlook 2007. I ran the PST import wizard on both. On one machine, the folders got created on the Zimbra server but were not populated. On both machines, when I set up the IMAP account in Outlook, the folders are not shown. How can I get Outlook to show the subfolders?
