Upgrading Zimbra 5 to 6 on Mac OS X?

Hello,
I was searching around the site to see if upgrading to version 6 would really buy me anything. I could not really find anything on version comparison, speed improvements, etc.

I was also hoping to find a how to upgrade from 5->6, but did not see it in the installation guide. Any advice on this front?

I'd suggest you read the Release Notes before you upgrade, there's also details in there for the procedure for upgrading.
