Some troubles after migration from 5.0.18 to 6.0.2

Hello,
After I migrate from 5.0.18 to 6.0.2 I go some troubles in my admin console :
when I go to Manage Servers -> Edit I got "Server error encountered" and if I look for detail :

Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: mail.douyere.com->zimbra@mail.douyere.com:22} Error code: service.FAILURE Details:soap:Receive

And when I change any thing in the MTA tab I have the same error message ?

What can I do to clean my system ?
