    Default Upgrading zimbra 5.0.9_Ubuntu_64bit Opensource to latest Open Source version

    Is there a possibility of upgrading zimbra 5.0.9 open source to the latest open source version available...if so could anybody on the forum help me in upgrading the zimbra server to the latest open source version...your help would be highly appreciated....

    Take a backup of /opt/zimbra and then run install.sh

    well thanks for the info...but m really confused about whether it's advisable to upgrade from 5.0.9 directly to 6.0...

    That wasn't the question you originally asked but the answer you were given should tell you what you need to know with the added proviso: read the Release Notes prior to upgrade.
