account migration from active ZCS to a backup ZCS?

Dear All,

I'm looking for a method to migrate existing email accounts on active zcs server (including account, password and personal profile) to another backup zcs server.

questions:

1. i use a LDAP browser to check the Zimbra's ldap , but there's no "password" attribute there?? any idea where the password is stored?

2. how can I duplicate all the account records to another backup server?
