[SOLVED] domain lost after migration to 6.0.1

Hi
i migrated zimbra ga 5.0.10 to 6.0.1 on a debian lenny box and now i lost all the domains, except the first one i created.
any advice?
i have a night snapshot of /opt/zimbra, before the update, could i take the accounts/domains from there?
the size of /opt/zimbra didn't shrink, so i guess the emails/contacts/calendars are there

it was a bad migration, i run the upgrade again against the snapshot and everything was ok
