Migrage from Postfix,Dovecot,Openwebmail

i Installed Postfix,Dovecot with UI Openwebmail running on Fedora Core 8 .Now i am switching to Zimbra and i have installed it on my One server.its sending and reserving email for my internal users and its for testing only.

So please guide me The easiest way to Import All users MailBoxes with thier username & passwords.
