Hosting provider?

We are unhappy with our current zimbra hosting provider. I won't name the provider, but they seem to go down all the time during business hours.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm looking for user experiences.

Which country ? What are your requirements ?

In the United States. We have about 100 users, and about 1TB of data.

Our requirements are basically just a host that doesn't go down during business hours on a regular basis, and provides good support.

I am sorry you are not feeling valued by your current host. My company would welcome the opportunity to make you happy with our hosted Zimbra solution. We have years of experience and pride ourselves on caring as much about your e-mail solution as you do. We are hosted by Bandygreen and Mission Critical IS in the Denver area. Our company has been exceptionally pleased with service, responsiveness and uptime has never been an issue. Again, in the years I have been with them, we have never experienced a down during business hours.
