Default [SOLVED] Error during import with the import wizard

Hi guys! New to the forums here, but i've been using/administering Zimbra for about a year now.

I have a user which is currently working with Outlook 2007 and our Zimbra server, but without the Zimbra connector. The user wants to use the Zimbra connector, so I've tried to import his current .PST file. Usually i use the export file function in Outlook, and import it in the import wizard, and then install the zimbra connector.

First of all, the computer he works on runs Vista, and we're using "ZCSPSTImportWizard-5.0.15_GA_2850.exe" to import the PST file to the server.

When I load the PST file in the import wizard, I get these errors:

http://www.xs4all.nl/~floort/error.jpg

http://www.xs4all.nl/~floort/error2.jpg

Then I open the logfile, which states the following:

21-07-2009 13:14:00 [5364]: Outlook Reminder Event Handler could not be registered

I have also tried to import his PST file on my own computer but I get the same result. I thought something was wrong with his PST file, but ScanPST (or what that program was called, it's standard in the office suite) didn't find any errors. What goes wrong here, and how can I fix this?

Is he using Outlook 2007 SP2? Perhaps he has run into bug 38288, fixed in 5.0.18, which has been released. You should get the latest Import Wizard and try it.
