I have gone through the dumps and it shows that tool is crashing at generic MAPI logon fucntion. This problem normally occurs when some thing is wrong with the MAPI subsystem. Are you running the migration wizard from same machine where Exchange server is installed? If yes, please try to run it from some other workstation which is part of same exchange domain. Microsoft Outlook and Exchange server is not a supported configuration on same machine and many times makes the MAPI system unstable.

You need to give a full description of what's happening, read the post above your especially the comments about a workstation or server.

You shouldn't really add a post to threads that are old, the Zimbra (and Microsoft) products have changed since this was posted.
