Default Zimbra migration from 5.0.2 to 5.0.16

Hello,

I need to convert my standalone mail server (zimbra 5.0.2) in a virtual machine (openVZ container).
Both OS are debian 4 32 bits.

I successfully installed zimbra CE 5.0.16 on my VM and now I would like like to migrate my accounts to this new server.
I've seen a lot of documentation and script but a lot say that it's necessary to have the same version of zimbra to do it.

I've tried ZCS tools but I didn't understood how can I get the migrate.dat on this following command:
./zimbraMigrate.sh migrate.dat

Thanks for help

One procedure for migrating to a new server is this: Moving ZCS to Another Server » Zimbra :: Blog There are several threads in the forums on migration and in the wiki, search for them and review them then choose the one that you feel most comfortable with.

BTW, an openVZ container isn't a supported platform for Zimbra so be aware you may have problems getting it working and/or running in a stable manner.
