Default Upgrade 5.0.10 to 5.0.16

I am trying to upgrade our mail server from 5.0.10 to 5.0.16 and would like a step by step process. I have not done an upgrade before and am afraid to mess anything up. Do I have to prepare the end user computers in any way? The server? Any insight of people who have done this before would really help me see what I can face. Thanks!

Take a backup of your /opt/zimbra directory, read the release notes the unpack and run the installer - that will do an in-place upgrade of your server. If this is an OSS version there's nothing to do to the client computers, if you use NE and any of the connectors you will need to upgrade those. Obviously if you have NE then you'd run the backup in the Admin UI.

Network Edition. As in Zimbra Network Edition, instead of Zimbra OpenSource Editon.
