Default Restoring all /opt/zimbra

Hello all!
Iīve changed the zimbra server, and in the new server I have installed zimbra open source and pasted the old /opt/zimbra.

I execute the zmfixperms and when I start zimbra i have this message:

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmlocalconfig: line 53: exec: java: not found
Host
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

The new installations startīs well, I try to copy the zmlocalconfig of the new installation to the /opt/zimbra/bin/ restored and i have the same message.
Any idea for whatīs happens?
Thx!

thx raj!
I follow the steps...

- I made the backup with cp -r /opt/zimbra not with rsync. And I canīt do with rsync because the old server dont exist now

- I have installed zimbra with option -s, restore the old zimbra folder and install zimbra without the -s option.

and i have some problems...

At the installation without -s option i have this errors,

Restoring existing configuration file from /opt/zimbra/.saveconfig/config.save.. .done
Operations logged to /tmp/zmsetup.06112009-230859.log
ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: ZimbraLdapContext) (cause: javax.naming. CommunicationException localhost:389)

Setting defaults...ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: ZimbraLdapContext) (c ause: javax.naming.CommunicationException localhost:389)
done.
Upgrading from to 5.0.16_GA_2921
Stopping zimbra services
Verifying /opt/zimbra/conf/my.cnf
Starting mysql
UPGRADE FAILED - exiting

When I start zimbra I have this erros:

Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

the system canīt connect to ldap because the date is wrong? or is a java error? iīm searching in the folders of ldap but I donīt found the problem.

This usually indicates an error with your DNS records, do you have valid A & MX records pointing to the server? Have you also set the same hostname in your /etc/hosts file as you had on the old server?

I think "cp -r" doesn't copy the symlinks correctly (neither the permissions)...

Correct Klug ... You should use
Code:
cp -a <source> <target>
so that symlinks and permissions and honoured.
