Migration of Address Book

Hi all,

I want to migrate the address books from a Horde (webmail) in mysql to Zimbra. I searched where Zimbra stores the address book, then I wan to run a script with the new data. But I have not found the book store where Zimbra.

Questions:
1.- Where stores Zimbra address book specifically?
2.- Are there some ways to migrate en masse address books?
