Error with Migration Wizard for Exchange

Guys, need a help.

I have the following scenario:
Migrate users from one AD to the zimbra. The migration worked without problems. Now, i'm trying to migrate mail exchange (autenticava this ad i migrei) for the same Zimbra Zimbra (which received users migrated ad). When you try to use the Migration Wizard for Exchange, it works correctly by the Provisioning accounts, when he would create the accounts in the Zimbra, generating the following error in the provisioning result: creation failed: service INVALID_REQUEST

Does anyone know why i say this occurring? ... The Exchange that i'm trying to migrate is a Exchange 2003
