Zimbra to zimbra migration

Hello

I need to migrate from one server in one location to diffrent in another location. I was thinking the best way to do it is to download all data from first server to external hdd, and upload it to second one, but I can't find script to do that. Can anybody help?

That isn't the method to use for a migration, please search the forums as there are many posts on the procedure to use. You should also search the wiki, you'll find articles in there on migration.

The ZCS to ZCS doesn't work 100%. It will bring mail over, but not addresses or calendar items.

Are you migrating like for like with respect to O/S etc ? If so there is a far easier way

The answer is yes. I have two ZCS's that I would like to merge into one.

I follow this guide for migration from different Linux distribution and also from 32 to 64 bit version with some customization: Moving from 32 to 64 bit

If hostname is different, u probably need to do zmSetServerName

And also, if you just want to move some mailboxes to new server not in multinode, probably can do zmmailbox to export and import. See example: Zcs-to-Zcs migration
