Default Migrate from Zimbra 5 to Zimbra 5 with Samba integration

I have an active Zimbra mail server on 5.11 and decided to do away with our Windows servers and integrate Zimbra with Samba as an alternative to AD.

I installed a new server with 5.14 and followed the instructions atUNIX and Windows Accounts in Zimbra LDAP and Zimbra Admin UI - Zimbra :: Wiki

This server will become my live server.

I'd like to migrate the users from the old server to the new server without migrating the entire server as I don't want to overwrite the samba integration.

Is there any way to migrate users and user settings without migrating the entire server? I can use imapsync, but that won't take care of settings or documents or briefcase.

Thanks,

Mark

would it help if I created all the users manually then copied the info across from the mysql databases?
