user mailbox migrate

Hi Guys,
I was using zimbra 5.0.8 GA on ubuntu 6.06, since then I have upgrade my OS to 8.04 and zimbra server was working perfectly OK. Last week I decided to upgrade my zimbra to 5.0.14 GA 2850. I made a copy of zimbra installation directory and then run install upgrade, after complete installation and reboot server. I started to get all different errors with auth, login, blob etc. after several hour trying and going through all the post without any success. I have reinstall a fresh copy of zcs_5.0.14 and recreate all the accounts, now my question is there any possibility to migrate users mailboxes so that I dont lose my mails. Any help on this will be much appreciated.
