Without any details of operating system, Zimbra release and version or any information from the log files, it's impossible to answer your questions.

Please update your forum profile with the output of:

Code:
zmcontrol -v
and provide some more information so that people can help debug your problem.

Put that information in your forum profile as I asked above.

I still don't understand what the problem is and without information from the log files it's impossible to answer your question, you must provide some information from the log files. For instance, do you have valid DNS A & MX records for the Zimbra server? Search the forums for details on what information is ned to debug the problem.

I have updated my Zimbra and OS info in my profile .The biggest proble with me is I dont see anything wrong in my logs.

Actual problem is I have two mail server old mail server is QMAIL and new mail server is ZImbra. Both the servers are same in terms of Domain hosting both mail servers have two domain hosted abc.com and xyz.com the oly difference is in the MX record.I am using BIND DNS on my Zimbra Server. Its random if a mail is coming from foo.com to my domain for user aamralkar@xyz.com zimbra its not accepting and mails goes to my Qmail server and it acepts mail for the user .
