vi /opt/zimbra/conf/postfix_recipient_restrictions.cf
remove the line check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:60000
save the file
postfix reload

Is that safe to remove that line from postfix_recipient_restrictions.cf.Once I have removed this line and reloading the postfix My mail server will continue working?

Yes, it just means that any emails will not be subjected to PostGrey processing.

So after removing the line from config I dont need to stop greylist service...right?

Yes, you can stop the postgrey daemon and get some memory back
